By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a membership, joining our community, viewing our content, attending live calls, or using any SBTT service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website, purchase a membership, or access our services.

Our membership may include:
• Online table tennis training videos;

• Community access through Circle or another platform;
• Weekly live calls, Q&A sessions, and member interaction;
• Recordings of live calls or educational sessions;
• Downloadable PDFs, worksheets, or training resources where made available;
• General equipment education and performance guidance.
SBTT is an educational platform. We do not guarantee any specific sporting, mental, ranking, competition, financial, or personal result.
3. Membership Plans
SBTT currently offers the following launch-price membership plans:
• Monthly Membership: USD $19.99 per month;
• 6-Month Membership: USD $99 per 6-month period;
• Yearly Membership: USD $189 per year.
All plans currently include access to the SBTT membership content, community, available digital resources, and live call access, subject to these Terms.
SBTT does not currently offer a free trial.
We may change our prices, plans, features, content, or membership structure in the future. Any changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and platform rules.
4. Payments and Billing
Payments are processed through Circle and Stripe or other payment providers we may use in the future. All prices are currently charged in USD unless otherwise shown at checkout.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize SBTT and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the price, billing cycle, and subscription plan shown at checkout.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may charge additional fees, including currency conversion fees, international payment fees,
or transaction fees. SBTT is not responsible for those third-party fees.
5. Automatic Renewal
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, SBTT memberships renew automatically until cancelled.
This means:
• Monthly memberships renew every month;
• 6-month memberships renew every 6 months;
• Yearly memberships renew every year.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the billing cycle shown at checkout.
You are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal date if you do not want to be charged again.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through your Circle account settings, billing settings, or by contacting us at:
Cancellation stops future renewals. Cancellation does not create a refund for the current billing period.
After cancellation, you may continue to access your membership until the end of your paid billing period, unless your account is suspended or terminated for violating these Terms.
We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours before your renewal date to avoid accidental renewal processing.
7. Immediate Access to Digital Content
After purchase, members receive immediate access to digital content, community features, videos, resources, and other member-only materials available inside the SBTT platform.
By purchasing SBTT, you understand that you are buying immediate access to a digital membership and online services.
Where permitted by applicable law, you agree that your right to withdraw, cancel, or request a refund ends once digital access begins.
If applicable law does not allow this waiver, your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
8. No Refund Policy
SBTT has a strict No Refund Policy to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Because our membership provides immediate access to digital content, videos, community features, live-call access, training materials, and member-only resources, all payments are final once access has been granted.
This means:
-
Monthly membership payments are non-refundable;
-
6-month membership payments are non-refundable;
-
Yearly membership payments are non-refundable;
-
Renewal payments are non-refundable;
-
Payments are non-refundable if you forget to cancel before renewal;
-
Payments are non-refundable if you do not use the membership;
-
Payments are non-refundable if you change your mind after purchase;
-
Payments are non-refundable if you only access part of the content;
-
Payments are non-refundable if you decide the membership is not suitable for your personal goals;
-
Payments are non-refundable if live calls are rescheduled, missed, or unavailable for limited
periods due to private, health, travel, tournament, technical, or operational reasons.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
If applicable law requires a refund, withdrawal period, cancellation right, or other remedy, SBTT will comply with that mandatory legal requirement.
9. Digital Access and Withdrawal Acknowledgement
For customers in jurisdictions with statutory withdrawal or cooling-off rights, including the European Union, United Kingdom, or similar regions, the following applies where permitted by law:
By purchasing SBTT, you request immediate access to the SBTT digital membership, digital content, community, videos, recordings, downloads, and online services.
You acknowledge that once digital access begins, you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation, and refund, where permitted by applicable law.
If applicable law does not allow the loss of such rights, your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
10. Failed Payments and Chargebacks
If your payment fails, your access may be paused, restricted, or cancelled.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at:
Improper chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals may result in account suspension or termination.
We reserve the right to provide relevant account, billing, payment, access, and usage information to Circle, Stripe, banks, card issuers,
or dispute resolution providers in order to respond to payment disputes.
11. Weekly Live Calls
SBTT aims to provide weekly live calls for members.
However, live calls are not guaranteed every single week. Live calls may be cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, replaced, or temporarily unavailable due to private reasons, health reasons, travel, tournaments, technical issues, scheduling conflicts, operational needs, or other circumstances.
Live calls are part of the membership experience but are not sold as a guaranteed individual service for a specific date, time, host, or number of sessions.
Live calls may be recorded and made available to members where appropriate.
By joining a live call, you understand that your name, voice, image, questions, comments, or participation may appear in the recording. If you do not want to appear in a recording, you should keep your camera and microphone off and avoid sharing personal information during the call.
You may not record, download, share, copy, distribute, or republish SBTT live calls or recordings without our written permission.
